Dinnet: Deeside quines’ stock response to unwanted intimate physical contact.

Sauchen: wet through; saturated.

Lochter: the sound of enjoyment. Origin: Old French la auchter, or l’auchter ( not to be confused with le auchster which is literally a French armpit. )

Auchterless: completely lacking in auchter.

Auchterarder: an altogether tougher variant of auchter, found exclusively in Perthshire.
