THE WORLD’S BIGGEST EVER CEILIDH!!!

This is an attempt at the world record for the world’s biggest ceilidh in the playing

fields opposite Huntly Castle. Clachan yell will supply the music from 1700-1800

for an hour of non-stop dancing. this is just a small part of a huge event, Relay For

Life, organised by Cancer Research UK. There will be 2 days of singing, dancing

and other entertainment.

Stonehaven Festival celebrates its 22nd year with a Weekend of Music and Song including Concerts in the Town Hall plus workshops, Ceilidh, sessions, free afternoon concerts, Family show, Aqua ceilidh, World paper and Comb Championships, Tradition Bearers Concert, “Cowie Fringe”, late night Blues, House of Song and more. 2010 guests include Shooglenifty, Show of Hands and the McCalmans.
